As the basic component of machine tool, the performance of spindle bearing directly affects the machine speed, rotation accuracy, stiffness, anti-vibration cutting performance, noise, temperature rise and thermal deformation, and then changes the machining accuracy and surface quality. With the development of CNC technology and the increasing requirements of machining speed, precision and environmental protection, high-performance CNC machine tools must be equipped with high precision bearings.
CNC machine tool spindle bearings mainly have the following types of structures: angular contact ball bearings, thrust ball bearings, thrust roller bearings, double row cylindrical roller bearings, two-direction angular contact thrust ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. Bearing accuracy shall be P5 or higher. For the spindle support of high-speed and high-precision machine tools, ultra-precision bearings of P4 and higher levels should be selected.
CT machines are widely used in large medical devices such as medical imaging diagnosis and treatment equipment and security check equipment in important public places. The main bearing of the medical CT machine is used to fix the connection between the CT frame and the rotating scanning part. It is the key part of the rotating scanning part of the CT machine, and its function is to transmit and withstand the axial load, radial load and tilting moment generated by the X-ray tube, collimator, detector, slip ring and other devices. It should meet the requirements of high speed, low noise, high precision, low vibration and long life of CT machine.
The main bearings of CT machine mainly have four kinds of structures: four-point contact ball slewing bearings, thin section bearings, double-row angular contact ball bearings and wire race bearings. Bearing accuracy shall be P5 or higher.
